The Cognac and Cheese pairing event was a virtual webinar co-hosted by Tia Keenan, cheese expert, author of The Art of the Cheese Plate and Melt, Stretch, & Sizzle and Cognac Educator Allen Katz, founder of the New York Distilling Company.
